The headset does work. When connected to the computer the usb isn’t working at all. Nothing is coming through the headset and the person on the phone can’t hear me. Really disappointed 😔 The supplier has been back in touch and arranged for a new headset to be delivered. I’m happy with the quick response d to try and resolve this 😊
